Eggs and Steel-cut Oatmeal
- Ingredients
- Three hard-cooked small chicken eggs
- Half a cup of cooked steel-cut oatmeal.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tablespoon plus of avocado based mayonnaise (no phyto-estrogen, no soy)
- Cinnamon
- Tools
- Soup bowl
- Large spoon
- Egg slicer for HC eggs
- Preparations: just before eating.
- Get out the HC eggs from the refrigerator
- Get out the already cooked steel-cut oatmeal.
- Slice each egg twice at perpendicular angles.
- Get out and open the mayonnaise. Put the tablespoon plus on the cut eggs.
- Use the spoon to mix the mayonnaise with the sliced eggs.
- Push the egg mixture to one side. Apply salt and pepper.
- Add a quarter of the cooked oats. Apply cinnamon on the top.
- Preparations: earlier.
- Cook six or twelve eggs in the Dash cooker.
- Shell each egg. Put the whole set in a plastic container for the refrigerator.
- In the Dash rice cooker, cook 3/4 cup steel cut oatmeal plus 1.67 cups water, plus Olive oil.
- Cook for about 45 minutes.
- Wait for the oatmeal to cool. Slice into four chunks. Store in a sealed plastic container; place in the refrigerator.
